Safety in uncertain times

The safety of Alma's staff and customers is very important to us in these unusual times. As a result, services and office reception may be curtailed at short notice. However, we place great emphasis on keeping our customers informed about the latest developments here on the web, on social media and by e-mail.

A lighter payment load due to loss of income

We know that housing security is fundamental to the lives of most people. We want to assist our customers who have become unemployed or suffered significant income loss as independent contractors as a result of COVID-19.

Customers who are in such a position are offered to reduce their monthly rent payments by 50% for three months and distribute payments of the difference over a period of up to 24 months at no additional cost to them.

This payment distribution carries no interest or administration costs.
